TRADESTA PLATFORM TERMS OF USE

Welcome to TradeSta, a decentralized trading platform for perpetual contracts built on blockchain technology.
 

Please read these Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the TradeSta platform. By accessing or using the platform at TradeSta.io or TradeSta.ai, you (“you,” “your,” “user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and TradeSta Ltd, trading as TradeSta, TradeSta.io, and TradeSta.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in the Marshall Islands at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake, Majuro MH96960.
 

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

TradeSta is a non-custodial, decentralized platform powered by smart contracts that enables users to trade perpetual contracts with leverage. The platform is fully autonomous and operates without the intervention or discretion of any central authority. Users interact directly with the protocol via self-custodial wallets and assume all associated risks.
 

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using TradeSta, you represent and warrant that:
 

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

  • You are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where accessing decentralized derivatives platforms is prohibited;

  • You are not on any sanctions list or prohibited from using blockchain services under applicable law.
     

3. RISK DISCLOSURE

3.1 High Risk of Leverage Trading
Trading with leverage is highly speculative and involves significant risk of loss, including the possibility of total capital loss. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

3.2 Technology and Smart Contract Risks
The platform operates solely through autonomous smart contracts. While we take precautions to deploy secure code, bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities may exist that can result in loss of funds. We do not control or intervene in contract execution and cannot reverse or recover any transactions.

3.3 Market Volatility
Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile. Slippage, price fluctuations, and liquidity issues may affect trade outcomes.

By using TradeSta, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating and accepting these risks.

4. NO CUSTODY / USER RESPONSIBILITY


TradeSta does not hold or manage your funds at any time. All wallet connections, transactions, and collateral management are your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining control of your wallet and private keys;

  • Ensuring the accuracy of trade inputs and quotes;

  • Understanding the risks associated with each trade;

  • Taking appropriate security measures (e.g. hardware wallets, secure networks).

  • We cannot access, retrieve, or restore lost assets under any circumstances.
     

5. NO WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TradeSta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all liability for:

  • Loss of funds;

  • Failed or delayed transactions;

  • System downtime or unavailability;

  • Smart contract bugs or third-party integrations.
     

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold us liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
 

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing sanctions. We reserve the right to restrict access if we believe your activity violates these Terms or applicable laws.
 

7. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Marshall Islands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
